This mural is the result of a collaboration with the owner of Schoodac’s, a new, upscale coffee and tea house in New Hampshire. An imaginative depiction of the New England countryside, it is over thirteen feet in length. This is a very good example of the “sense of place” I try to bring to many of my art works.

The coffee shop, summer farmers’ market and town hall are on the first panel. A window separates this from the rest. The remainder wraps continuously around the room beginning with an apple orchard, flowing through fields, a street scene and a lake. Then an egret appears, an athletic field, open flower fields, poppies, turtles followed by sailboats. It ends with a butterfly, a loon, dragonfly and morning glories.
